What it means to reintegrate Consciousness

THE METHOD

To reintegrate means to bring body, energy, emotion, mind and will back into a common direction: that of Integrated Consciousness. It does not mean adding or constructing a new, fictitious and artificial identity; it means restoring communication and coherence among functions that, in ordinary life, unfortunately often operate separately.

Personality Soul Spirit

PERSONALITY
It organises experience through the mind. It compares, interprets, remembers, measures and builds connections. It is indispensable for moving through space and time, yet it tends to believe that only what it can understand truly exists.

SOUL
It is the dimension of deep sensitivity, vital energy, emotion, intuition and resonance. It does not reason as the mind does: it recognises in the present and knows before it can explain.

SPIRIT
It is direction, intention and will. It transforms possibility into action. If the Soul feels and the Personality understands, Spirit determines the movement that is made now.

Why begin with the body

We cannot reunify consciousness while ignoring the body. The body is the first and final threshold: the place where separation becomes tension, agitation, immobility, fatigue and loss of sensitivity; and it is also the place from which the return to unity can begin.

The first work concerns the regulation of the nervous system and vital functions. Regulation does not mean remaining calm at all times. It means knowing how to activate when necessary and how to return to stillness when action is complete.

EXPLORE IN THE MANIFESTO

The operational sequence

THE BODY recovers stability and makes energy available again.

EMOTION begins to move again, without repression and without identification.

THE MIND creates space between event and interpretation and returns to being an instrument.

THE WILL gives energy a common direction.

CONSCIOUSNESS recognises Personality, Soul and Spirit as expressions of a single origin.

VIEW THE PATH

Verification in life

The value of the practice is not measured by the number of extraordinary experiences, but by the quality of life: breath, presence, freedom from automatic reactions, clarity in decisions, the ability to set boundaries, to love and to remain faithful to one’s direction.
