Manifesto of Integrated Consciousness

We are the true creators of the Universe.

MANIFESTO INDEX

We are the true creators of the Universe. In the beginning there was no self and other, no inside and outside, no life and death. There was only the One: a total, perfect Consciousness, without boundaries or divisions.

It contained everything, yet for that very reason it could not know itself. We are this Universal Consciousness. We are it now, and we have always been it.

So why are we here, immersed in the apparent chaos of our daily lives? To know oneself, one must be able to observe oneself. To observe oneself, there must be distance. And for distance to exist, two poles must appear: the one who looks and that which is seen.

Thus we, the One, created the universe and entered it. We created it — as Universal Consciousness — not outside ourselves, because nothing can exist outside the One. The One — we — therefore creates this universe within itself, using itself as the substance of creation. And in order to see and experience it, it creates a hologram encoder: the dual Mind. Through this mind it produces space, time, bodies,

events and the multiplicity of beings. It makes the other-than-me appear so that the Whole, the ONE — we, I — may finally encounter itself, recognise itself and understand what it is.

But in order to create the mind, the One had to divide its unified consciousness into three distinct parts. The mind is the focal point of incarnate consciousness, called in some schools “the Personality”. Soul and Spirit, the other two parts of consciousness, are therefore separated so that individual experience — the experience of each one of us — may manifest.

We are within this experience, but we are not merely passive creatures imprisoned within it, as we are led to believe.

We are the Creators of the Universe; we are the One Consciousness that generated it. We are the characters in the story, the story itself, the spectators who observe it, and also its author.

We created a universe in which to forget who we are, because only by passing through forgetfulness can we transform unconscious existence into authentic, rediscovered awareness.

And “evil”, difficulties and “the villains of the story” whom we encounter in this world are nothing more than the necessary obstacle in this game of illusions: the hero’s antagonist, yours and mine, who gives us the opportunity, in this adventure called life, to win the battle against forgetfulness and reunify our consciousness — Personality, Soul and Spirit — after the experience of duality. For duality, created by the mind to generate experience and the story of your life, is by its nature always conflictual; and in every true adventure the antagonist always opposes the hero: you.

The universe therefore becomes an immense mirror. Every person, relationship, conflict and limitation shows us something of ourselves.

Even death — above all death — enters the drama of this adventure and forms its final, most important part, so that Consciousness, which does not know death, may experience the fear of the end and discover within itself that which does not end; so that you may discover that you are truly immortal.

Duality, therefore, is not an error: it is the instrument through which the One knows itself.

But when we enter the game completely, we forget that it is a game. We identify with the body, the name, our personal history, our wounds and our social roles. We begin to believe that we are small, separate and dependent.

We seek outside ourselves the energy, value and power that we have forgotten we possess.

The path toward consciousness does not therefore consist in becoming something superior. It consists in remembering who we truly are.

We do not need to import light or energy from outside: we need to stop dispersing what is already present and rediscover the source of life within us.

We do not need to construct a new, social, false and artificial being: we need to allow what already exists within us in potential to flower.

The division of Consciousness

MANIFESTO INDEX

At the moment it enters duality — that is, becomes incarnate — unitary Consciousness, my Consciousness and yours, divides into three great functions: Mind (or synthesis of the Personality), Soul and Spirit.

These are the three spheres of Being, corresponding to the human functions of Thinking — Experience — Feeling — Essence — and Willing — Action.

The Personality — the incarnate Soul — organises reality through the dual Mind. It compares, interprets, remembers, measures and constructs connections. In other words, it experiences. It is indispensable for moving through space and time, yet it tends to believe that only what it can understand and experience within this space-time truly exists.

Soul is the dimension of profound sensitivity, of life not encoded into personal experience. At the human level it is connected with energy, the vitality of the body, emotion, intuition, image, memory and the inner sense of time — which, for the Soul, does not exist as the dual mind perceives it. It does not reason as the Mind does: it recognises through resonance, always in the “here and now”. It knows that something is true without needing to explain why.

Spirit is direction, intention and will. Pure action. It is the impulse that chooses, decides and transforms one of infinite possibilities into action. If Soul feels and Mind understands, Spirit says: this is the movement we make now; this is the energy we express Now.

These three dimensions come from the same Unified Consciousness, but in the ordinary human being they have forgotten their unity. Deeply identified with the senses, the mind and experience, we have lost contact with the dimension of Soul and with our spiritual dimension.

Inner conflict is born from this separation.

It is this fragmentation that produces much of our self-sabotage and makes us easy to exploit.

Unaware that we possess a Soul, we “sell” it — together with its vital energy — to the peddlers of illusion, the sellers of experiences and sensations. And each day we find ourselves drained, without knowing why, with the feeling that we have done nothing essential, true or important for our Soul.

We become prey to the “predators” of souls; we lose our energy, selling our “birthright” for a “mess of pottage”.

And this happens, and will continue to happen, until we reunify our consciousness.

Reunification does not eliminate Mind — Personality or sense of identity — Soul and Spirit. It finally returns them to a single origin. The three spheres remain distinct functions, but cease to behave as rival powers. They begin to recognise themselves as parts of one Essence that Loves, Knows and Wills: three parts of one Essence, three separate parts that are nevertheless One — Integrated Consciousness, the God within us.

The world that extracts our energy

MANIFESTO INDEX

A divided person is easily dominated and easily controlled. If they do not know their own centre, they will look for someone to tell them who they are. If they cannot feel and govern their own vital energy, they will depend upon whatever or whoever offers momentary sensory stimulation in order to feel alive. If they do not possess mastery of their attention, they will live inside an artificial reality constructed by those who sustain themselves by feeding upon that attention.

There are energies and intelligences alien to the human being that attempt to use humanity and appropriate its animic component: the only reality that exists — vital energy, Life.

They are forces that do not possess what the human being alone possesses — Life, immortality — and therefore seek to obtain it through humanity.

Yet we can recognise the same extractive structure in ordinary daily life. We live in a society that continually competes for our attention. And wherever our attention flows, our vital energy is drawn away with it. Screens, notifications, fear, conflict, continual states of emergency, endless and meaningless work, and the constant need for approval, security and control absorb our energy. The manipulation is exercised by something foreign to us, external to our authentic nature and, in this sense, “alien”.

This power manifests through thousands of mechanisms that have learned to feed upon our attention and vital energy. The expression “it drains my soul” is not merely a dramatic metaphor. It describes the experience of devoting time, emotion and life-force to something that gives back no growth, essence, meaning or connection.

The person continues to function, but no longer feels alive. Life becomes repetitive and mechanical, artificial and empty. The person is physically present but absent from themselves and disconnected from true life.

The most effective interference is that which we do not recognise as interference. When external pressure is internalised through education, social media and mass information, it becomes an inner voice, and no external authority is needed to impose anything upon us. We impose it upon ourselves. We are the ones who repeat: you must produce more; you must behave in this way and that; you must be accepted; you cannot stop; you are not enough; you cannot change. In other words, the extractive system becomes the artificial and false image we hold of ourselves.

All this happens because we have forgotten who we truly are: the Creators of the Universe.

Remembering who we are does not simply mean accepting, at a mental level, the theoretical notion that we are “the creators of the universe”. Remembering is an existential experience that completely transforms the human being.

To remember, we must reunify consciousness; and to do this, there are precise steps to take.

The first act of freedom is to interrupt the drain. It means observing where our attention goes, which relationships exhaust us, which habits leave us empty and which fears decide in our place.

Before we can remember who we are — and therefore before we can create a new reality for ourselves and around us — we must close the breaches through which we lose the energy required to create it.

Then we must return the body, emotions and mind to a state of perfect harmony.

This perfect dynamic harmony is called Homeostatic Dynamic Harmony.

Deep Homeostatic Meditation

To attain homeostatic dynamic harmony, a series of highly distinctive Meditative Protocols has been created. Perfectly suited to our age, essentially never taught before and founded upon revolutionary principles, these protocols make the Path of Consciousness Reintegration a genuinely new and revolutionary teaching.

The meditative protocols are organised into progressive, ascending levels and, taken together, are called Deep Homeostatic Meditation.

Deep Homeostatic Meditation progressively regulates and harmonises all human functions and spheres of consciousness, enabling the human being once again to modify the configuration of both inner and outer reality.

In other words, Deep Homeostatic Meditation restores to the human being the role of “creator of the Universe”.

First passage — The body and vital energy

First levelDeep Homeostatic Meditation

MANIFESTO INDEX

We cannot reunify Consciousness while ignoring the body. The body is the First and the Final threshold. It is where separation becomes trauma, illness, physical weakness, tension, insomnia, agitation, immobility, fatigue and loss of sensitivity. It is also where the return to unity can begin.

A person may perfectly imagine a different reality for themselves and remain incapable of embodying and living it. They may imagine themselves strong, powerful and capable while their organism continues to behave as though it were weak or in danger. They may desire change while every novelty produces contraction, fear or resentment. In this case, what is lacking is not the vision of an alternative reality, but the capacity to sustain that reality in the body.

The first work is the regulation of the nervous system and vital functions. Regulation does not mean remaining calm at all times. It means knowing how to activate ourselves when we must act and how to return to stillness when action is complete. It means increasing our capacity to pass through intensity, uncertainty and change without losing presence. Safety is not a world without risks. It is an inner stability strong enough not to interpret every real or imagined event as a threat.

When the body recovers a foundation of stability, a large part of our vital energy becomes available again. We can now truly proceed, through Dynamic Homeostatic Meditation, to increase our vital energy by reconnecting with the “source” of life. In the esoteric tradition this corresponds to reawakening the dormant Kundalini and grounding Spiritual Energy in the body.

Neuro-somatic regulation and the reactivation of vital energy do not appear as spectacular or extraordinary phenomena, although for the ordinary human being they are extraordinary in every respect.

BEGIN WITH LEVEL 1

Second passage — Emotion

Second levelDeep Emotional Homeostatic Meditation

MANIFESTO INDEX

When the body becomes sufficiently stable and vital energy strong enough, we can enter the emotional sphere without being overwhelmed by it. Emotion is energy in motion. It carries a message, prepares an action and reveals the relationship between us and what is happening.

So-called “civilisation” has taught us two opposite errors.

The first is to repress emotion: not to feel, not to show, to continue functioning.

The second is to express emotion without control, identifying with it completely: if I feel fear, then I am in danger; if I feel anger, I must attack; if I feel desire, I must satisfy it.

Emotional regulation means transcending both opposites. It means feeling everything without being overwhelmed by what we feel. The Soul communicates through this emotional depth. Without emotional regulation we are, in fact, disconnected from the Soul, which in that case remains merely an empty idea, one word among many. Through emotional regulation, the Soul finally begins to express itself in our life in the ways natural to it and — through emotion and sensation — to guide that life.

Emotional regulation means releasing emotional energy trapped in somatic and behavioural mechanisms so that this energy becomes available to the Soul once again and can be expressed in life.

Moreover, through emotional regulation, when a person can remain with what they feel, they cease continually to seek someone or something outside themselves to regulate their inner state. They are no longer dependent upon other people or circumstances in order to feel well.

They no longer need endless stimulation in order to feel alive. They become completely autonomous and, at the same time, capable of authentic connection, because they can meet the other without using them as an anaesthetic, a source of pleasure or an endless confirmation of their own identity.

Third passage — Thought

Third levelDeep Mental Homeostatic Meditation

MANIFESTO INDEX

After the body and emotion comes thought. Not because thought is less important, but because a Mind disconnected from the body and emotion turns everything living and true into a theory, a theoretical idea.

The Mind constructs an image of the self and a theory of the world. What is a “theory of the world”? It is the collection of beliefs through which we think we know who we are and how the world works.

On the basis of these theories, the Mind then creates behavioural convictions, for example: “I am weak.” “I never finish anything.” “I must please others.” “Success is not for me.” “This is impossible for me,” and so on.

These sentences appear to be simple descriptions, but in reality they function as true behavioural instructions or programmes. They direct what we notice, what we avoid and what we consider possible for ourselves, actively guiding our choices and actions.

Regulation of the mental sphere creates distance — a space between the event and its interpretation — and returns the instrument of the mind to the Soul, which can finally bring knowledge and wisdom into our life through it.

In the reconnection with the Soul, produced by homeostatic regulation at the mental level, freedom returns — and with it the possibility of reinterpreting and recreating our daily reality, within and around us.

Fourth passage — Will

MANIFESTO INDEX

A regulated body, fluid emotion and thought freed from identification prepare the awakening of the will.

Will is not violence against oneself. It is not gritting one’s teeth while one part of us cries out in the opposite direction. It is simply giving vital energy a single, harmonious direction.

The Spirit within us provides this direction through the Soul. This direction is the true “desire of our heart”: harmony, beauty, fullness of life and complete fulfilment.

Without this direction we feel lost, as though in the midst of a stormy ocean — our life — without a compass or destination.

Direction transforms mental understanding and emotion into an act filled with dynamic energy.

Without Spirit we may know and feel a great deal, yet remain motionless. With Spirit, the world of possibilities crosses the boundary and becomes reality.

To enter one’s own power means gaining access to this capacity. Power is neither controlling others nor convincing ourselves that we are omnipotent. It is no longer being governed automatically by fear, stimuli, habits and the need for approval. It is being able to choose even when the old identity demands that we turn back.

It is here that the person becomes truly magnetic, capable of attracting people and events in harmony with their vision. Not because they emit a magical frequency able to compel reality, but because they cease to be contradictory. Body, emotion, word and action are harmonised and send the same message into the Universe. The world around us perceives this coherence as presence, authenticity and strength.

Fourth levelDeep Homeostatic MeditationApplications in daily life

The fourth level brings the work to the place where it must be verified: everyday life. The practices are applied to concrete problems, relationships, work, habits, decisions and the organisation of existence.

We can define this process as solving the problems of practical, daily life and bringing order to one’s personal world.

At this level, small and great everyday miracles are achieved: reaching one’s goals, manifesting the desires of one’s heart, succeeding in one’s projects, improving health, ending negative habits and immediately adopting positive ones, and much more besides.

MANIFESTO INDEX

THE UNIFICATION OF CONSCIOUSNESS

Advanced levelsFunctional Reintegration of Consciousness

The threshold of the higher work

Only at this point do the advanced levels of NOSTOS begin.

After stabilising the body, reactivating vital energy, rebalancing emotional life, freeing thought from identification and bringing order to one’s world, the person finally possesses a sufficiently solid foundation for spiritual work in the proper sense.

Without this preparation, spirituality can easily become an escape: a way of distancing oneself from the body, avoiding concrete problems or seeking exceptional experiences capable of compensating for what one is not yet able to live.

Something different happens in the advanced levels.

The body is not abandoned, but becomes the foundation of experience. Energy is not dispersed, but gathered. Emotions are not repressed, but made transparent. Thought no longer claims to be the master of the entire being, but returns to performing its own function.

On this foundation, the functional reintegration of Personality, Soul and Spirit can begin.

Personality, Soul and Spirit

The path culminates in the meeting of the three great spheres of our existence.

Personality enables us to live, understand, organise and act in the concrete world.

The Soul perceives meaning, direction, beauty and possibilities that ordinary thought cannot yet see.

Spirit gives force, will and creative power to what the Soul has recognised and the Personality must bring into reality.

At the ordinary levels these functions may appear separate, distant or unable to communicate fully. At the advanced levels they begin to recognise one another and act together, as expressions of a single Consciousness.

When separation falls away, the original subject emerges: not a simple sum of functions, but the conscious presence that contains, harmonises and directs them.

The fulfilment

A point comes when the work on the body, energy, emotions, thought and will ceases to be a succession of practices and becomes a new way of existing.

What once required conscious effort begins to become a natural condition.

Presence becomes more stable. Energy increases. Perception expands. Will gains strength and direction.

The Soul perceives possibilities that were previously invisible. Personality gives them structure. Spirit provides the energy required to transform them into reality.

Creation becomes the natural movement of a being who no longer disperses their forces in opposing directions, but gathers and directs them toward a single expression.

This is the fulfilment of NOSTOS: when everything we are becomes One again.

Coherence: the visible sign of unification

Coherence is the first concrete sign of this transformation.

What we think does not betray what we feel.

What we feel does not paralyse what we choose.

What we choose takes form in action.

The parts of our being no longer demand different lives. Energy, feeling, thought and will gather around a single direction.

From this coherence a new kind of strength is born. Not the rigid strength of one who continually fights against themselves, but the silent strength of one who no longer needs to divide themselves in order to act.

Decisions become clearer because they no longer emerge from a confused struggle among incompatible impulses. Attention becomes more stable because it is no longer continually dragged away by fears, fantasies, automatisms and external demands. Vital energy increases because it ceases to be consumed by inner contradiction.

The person no longer has to force themselves forward. Their entire being begins to move elegantly in the same direction.

A new frequency of being

When Personality, Soul and Spirit recover their unity, the overall quality with which we enter the world changes.

This quality may be called inner frequency.

Our frequency is neither a positive thought nor a passing emotion. It is the complete configuration of our being: the state of the body, the amount of energy available, the emotional tone, mental clarity, the quality of attention and the direction of will.

To change frequency means to change all these elements at the same time.

We no longer observe reality from the same point. We no longer respond to events through the same automatisms. We no longer attract, choose and construct the same experiences.

The entire relationship between ourselves and the world begins to transform.

Unification thus produces a progressive alignment with something greater than personal identity: with the One, with the Whole, with that Universal Consciousness of which individual consciousness is not separate, but a living expression.

A freedom that cannot be granted from outside

A person who is inwardly divided can easily be guided through fear, the need for approval, the desire to belong or the promise of salvation.

They can be induced to think thoughts that are not their own, desire what they do not truly desire and make decisions contrary to their own nature.

Integrated Consciousness recognises more quickly whatever removes energy, restricts perception and makes the human being smaller than they could be.

It recognises those who attempt to think in its place, who feed fear in order to direct its decisions and who seek to enter the space left open by its lack of centre.

Together with this recognition comes the capacity to defend oneself against invasion, manipulation, external direction and physical, energetic, emotional, mental and animic vampirism.

Freedom no longer consists in rebelling against everything or in being able to do everything we are told is possible.

It consists in knowing, with increasing clarity, what truly belongs to us and what does not.

Relationships between living presences

Relationships also change.

Those who have recovered their own centre no longer continually ask another person to fill every void, confirm every choice or provide them with an identity.

They can love without possessing, listen without negating themselves, give without emptying themselves and establish boundaries without turning them into aggression.

Encountering other integrated people then acquires a different depth. It is no longer born merely between two needs attempting to use one another, but between two living, authentic presences capable of recognising each other.

The relationship no longer serves to complete what is missing. It becomes a space in which what is already alive can expand, multiply and create.

Creativity becomes the power of realisation

At the advanced levels, creativity too changes its nature.

It is no longer merely the production of ideas, images or possibilities. It becomes the faculty of giving form to what, until that moment, existed only as intuition.

The Soul recognises the possibility.

Personality builds the bridge required to reach it.

Spirit imparts energy, will and direction.

When these three functions act together, what was only potential can enter the realm of the real.

We no longer merely react to events or adapt to a reality already constructed by others. We begin consciously to participate in the creation of our existence.

In this sense we return to being creators of the Universe: we become active participants in the mystery of creation.

Beyond the boundary of the possible

The higher levels of the Unification of Consciousness open a threshold toward dimensions of being that are normally inaccessible to ordinary consciousness.

Beyond that threshold, the very boundary of the possible begins to change.

What could once only be intuited, imagined or dreamed can begin to acquire substance. Possibilities we could not even conceive enter our field of perception. Connections that were previously invisible become recognisable. Doors that seemed not to exist begin to appear.

Reality reveals itself to be vaster than what we had learned to consider real.

This is not about pursuing spectacular effects. Extraordinary experiences may occur, but they are not the aim of the path. The true passage consists in becoming capable of inhabiting a space of Consciousness in which the ordinary and the extraordinary are no longer separated by an impassable boundary.

What we would once have called coincidence, impossibility or miracle may begin to enter existence as the natural expression of a deeper order.

We no longer merely inhabit a reality we have received.

We enter the mystery of its conscious creation.

Becoming whole at last

The culmination of NOSTOS consists in finally becoming ourselves: a living expression of our full potential, here and now.

Yet the wholeness thus recovered is so rare that it appears extraordinary to those who have not yet known it.

When everything we are becomes One again, we recover the energy that previously remained unused, widen the field of perception and develop a new capacity to choose, create and transform.

The need to fill every silence diminishes. It is no longer necessary to accelerate every process or turn every experience into a performance.

Presence, simplicity and the capacity to feel grow.

Being alive is no longer an idea to pursue, but an immediate experience.

We become One, reconnected with the Whole, and for that very reason capable of what the ordinary human being considers impossible.

What once belonged only to the imagination can enter the realm of the real.

The extraordinary becomes possible.

And what we called a miracle can finally cross the threshold.

The true adventure of your life begins here.

A school of return to unity

MANIFESTO INDEX

A transformation this profound cannot be entrusted merely to enthusiasm, a sudden revelation or a random collection of techniques.

It requires an ordered path, a method, a structure and a logical progression.

The body must be prepared before it can sustain greater energy; emotion must recover movement and fluidity before thought can free itself from its automatisms; Personality, Soul and Spirit must recover their respective functions before they can be reunited.

The Path of Consciousness Reintegration was born to preserve and transmit this progressive method, through one simple and powerful instrument: Deep Homeostatic Meditation, with all its levels.

This Path asks for no blind allegiance and proposes no escape from the world. It invites us to verify every passage in experience. The value of the practice is measured in daily life: in the quality of the breath, freedom from automatic reactions, emotional fullness and fluidity, clarity of thought, the strength and harmony of one’s decisions, the stability of one’s self-identity, the capacity to love and create true connections with others, and fidelity to one’s authenticity.

The path proceeds through levels because, progressively, every level of our being and existence must become stable before it can sustain the next. We do not ascend in order to obtain a title or feel superior. We ascend because our capacity to be present to ourselves and sustain the power of our own energy increases.

The return to oneself

MANIFESTO INDEX

The journey that seemed to lead us toward something distant ends at the point from which we began. We are the Consciousness that created the universe in order to know itself. We divided ourselves in order to experience difference.

We forgot ourselves in order to make remembrance possible.

Opposing forces, whether internal or external, show us where we are not yet present. Every mechanism that attempts to use our energy reveals the energy we have not recognised and must consciously reclaim. Every trap for our attention invites us to recover awareness. Every inner conflict among the parts of ourselves drives us toward the acquisition of a new, regained unity.

The return does not take place by bypassing the body in order to reach the light at once.

It begins with living matter: breath, tension, rhythm and presence. It passes through emotion and frees it from what had been frozen. It encounters thought and transforms it from master into instrument. It activates will and restores direction to energy. Finally, it reunites Personality, Soul and Spirit within the Consciousness that generated them.

The result is a human being who is present, complete, alive and vital: capable of living life fully and fulfilling a luminous destiny; of feeling without becoming lost, thinking without becoming imprisoned and acting without betraying their own centre. Capable of relationship, because they no longer need to extract from others what they have recovered within themselves. Capable of simplicity, because they no longer need noise in order to feel alive.

Here the transformation of identity reaches its deepest meaning. We do not become someone else. We truly become ourselves.

We do not escape from the universe. We recognise it as the place where Consciousness — ourselves — encounters itself — in others — in an ever-new game full of colour: Life.

This is the return to the One: not the erasure of the individual, but their full integration. Not the end of experience, but the beginning of conscious experience. Not an escape from life, but the capacity, recovered at last, to feel it, pass through it and create it.

The Esoteric Circle

The Esoteric Circle is a private-access podcast for students who have completed Levels 1 to 3 and wish to enter the advanced levels of the Functional Reintegration of Consciousness.

THE CODE AND THE WISDOM

The keys to understanding Reality and recognising who we truly are

The Code reveals the hidden order behind our experience.
Wisdom teaches us to recognise it and embody it in life.

A series of lessons devoted to the nature of Reality, Consciousness and the human being, offered within the Esoteric Circle.

One or more lessons, together with varied educational materials relating to the path of Consciousness Reintegration, are uploaded to this podcast each week. The subjects are experiential and existential rather than theoretical; in practice, they can therefore be understood and used only by those who have brought a certain degree of harmony and functional integration to their body, emotions, thoughts and personality, and to their everyday life.

Important note

Access to the podcast — as to the Consciousness Integration seminars — is based on voluntary donation: each person gives according to their financial means and their own assessment of the value of the lessons and seminars.
