No. The path begins with the foundations of body and attention. Previous experience does not replace the progression of the method.
Can I begin directly at an advanced level?
As a general rule, no. Each level prepares the functional conditions for the next.
Is it a therapy?
No. The path is educational and experiential and does not replace diagnosis, psychotherapy or medical treatment.
How much does it cost?
There is no predetermined price. Participation is supported through voluntary donation.
Where do the meetings take place?
Meetings take place online, on Crete or at other locations.
What is the Esoteric Circle?
It is the private space for those who have completed the first three levels and continue into the advanced work.
