THE PATH
A profound transformation requires an ordered progression. The body must be prepared before it can sustain greater energy; emotion must recover its movement; the mind must free itself from its automatisms; the will must regain direction. Each passage must become stable before it can support the next.
Level 1 Body and vitality
DEEP SOMATIC-ENERGETIC HOMEOSTATIC MEDITATION
The return to the body. The recovery of energy.
Every real transformation begins with the body.
We can imagine a different life and desire to be stronger, freer and more present. But as long as the body remains imprisoned by tension, dispersion and automatisms, what we imagine cannot become what we live.
The first level of NOSTOS begins here: with neuro-somatic regulation, the recovery of inner stability and the progressive liberation of vital energy.
The body becomes stable. Energy returns. Presence takes root.
And what we could once only imagine can finally begin to be lived.
Reintegration begins with the body. But it does not end there...
Level 2 Emotion
DEEP EMOTIONAL HOMEOSTATIC MEDITATION
Feel without being overwhelmed. Release the energy of the Soul.
When the body becomes stable and vital energy sufficiently strong, we can enter the emotional sphere without being dominated by it.
We have learned either to repress what we feel or to identify with it. In both cases we lose freedom: emotion ceases to be a message and becomes something to suppress or obey.
The second level of NOSTOS breaks this mechanical pattern, releasing trapped emotional energy and making it available to the Soul once again.
Emotional energy begins to flow again.
The Soul begins to find expression in life.
And when we learn to remain present with what we feel, we no longer need other people or circumstances constantly to determine our inner state.
Emotion is no longer a prison.
It becomes a doorway to the Soul.
Level 3 Mind
DEEP MENTAL HOMEOSTATIC MEDITATION
Free yourself from the programmes of the Mind. Recover the power to choose.
The Mind constructs an image of who we are, what we can become and what we consider possible.
Thoughts and beliefs can become invisible programmes capable of directing our choices and defining the boundaries of the reality we live.
The third level of NOSTOS creates a space between what happens and the interpretation we give it. The Mind gradually ceases to govern us and returns to being an instrument in the service of the Soul and Consciousness.
Automatic thought loses the power to define us.
The Mind receives the Wisdom of the Soul. The freedom to choose returns.
But this inner freedom and the guidance of the Soul must enter daily life and transform the way we live.
And this is where the threshold of the Fourth Level opens.
Level 4 Will and applications to daily life
APPLICATIONS IN DAILY LIFE
When potential becomes reality.
Body, emotion and Mind have been progressively reintegrated. Now this force must acquire a direction.
This is the awakening of Will: the ability to transform energy, intention and vision into action.
The fourth level brings NOSTOS to its true proving ground: real life.
The practices are applied concretely to relationships, work, health, habits, decisions, projects and goals. In one sentence: bringing order to one’s world and beginning consciously to build the life we want to live.
This is where small and great “everyday miracles” begin: achieving goals, realising projects, transforming habits, improving well-being and giving form to the authentic desires of the heart.
The Soul reveals the direction.
The Mind becomes an instrument.
The Will transforms possibility into reality.
This is personal power.
Levels 5 and beyond
The unification of Consciousness — Advanced levels
A point comes when the work on the body, energy, emotions, thought and will ceases to be a sequence of practices and becomes a new way of existing.
Personality, Soul and Spirit recognise one another as expressions of a single Consciousness and begin to act together. The Soul perceives previously invisible possibilities, the Personality gives them form and Spirit provides the energy required to transform them into reality.
Energy increases, perception expands and will gains strength. Decisions become clearer, relationships more authentic and creativity becomes the ability to shape one’s destiny.
This is the culmination of NOSTOS: to enter reality with a presence, freedom and power that were once unimaginable.
We become One, reconnected with the Whole, and therefore capable of what the ordinary human being considers extraordinary.
The higher levels of Unification open a threshold toward dimensions of being that were previously inaccessible. Beyond that threshold, the boundary of the possible changes: what once belonged to imagination, dream or even impossibility can begin to take form.
We no longer merely inhabit a reality we have received: we enter the mystery of its conscious creation, where the extraordinary becomes possible and what we once called a miracle can enter the realm of the real.

THE ESOTERIC CIRCLE
The Esoteric Circle is a private space for students who have completed the first three levels and therefore possess an adequate foundation for advanced work. New lessons and experiential and existential materials are published each week.
Access is offered through voluntary donation, according to each person’s financial means and personal assessment of the value received.
